Swedish meatballs + egg noodles with cranberry relish tonight

I’ve been binge watching Game of Thrones this past week, so I’m very use to “winter is coming” but lucky for me spring is definitely here 🌸🌼☀️💚

Do you ever think about the worst possible ending to a scenario that most likely won’t happen, then fixate on that, then get anxiety about that scenario that most likely won’t happen, then get anxiety about getting anxiety? Ya, me either. Hey but pork banh mi tacos tonight 🤗🤗

My grandma gave me a poinsettia 2 years ago that was in need of some attention. It’s finally healthy again and it makes me so happy to see her painting and her plant together. I was reading one of her books tonight by Helen Keller, she wrote: all that we deeply love becomes a part of us. I thought that was really nice. I’m so lucky to have so many things of hers to read and see when I’m missing her ❤️

Sometimes I get caught up in focusing on all the things that make me sad, other times I get my hair done, receive an @amarilo package in the mail with two new pretty rings, dye my eyebrows, take 1,500 selfies, apply and remove filters to the top 20, go back and forth deciding on what two photos to post + how to caption it and focus on that instead.

I love adding these baby pickled beets to salads, they’re in the refrigerated section by the other veggies. So excited to start planning and planting my garden!
