Ringing the new year in with lamb, mint chimichurri, horseradish mashed potatoes + meyer lemon brussel sprouts. Hope everyone has the best night, happy new year ❤️
Who knew decorating Christmas trees could be so fun 🤷‍♀️ (also, don’t mind my weird double jointed thumb, sorry)
Butternut squash turnovers today on @goodthingsutah 🤗🤗 everyone on the show is so nice and always feel a whole lot better about myself after leaving ❤️
Things I like: 1. Movie theater popcorn. 2. When I manage to get the wet laundry into the dryer before they smell moldy. 3. The great selection of throws/super soft blankets TJMaxx has right now, I have to feel every single one. 4. Butterflies. 5. Watching an entire tv series in the shortest amount of time humanly possible. 6. Procrastinating. 7. Ellie Goulding. How can you not like her? I just don’t get it, I just don’t. 8. Cheese. 9. Watching reality tv to make me feel better about my life choices. 10. Opening my mailbox and seeing a package from @_balm_ inside, because she’s just the best. If you like any of those things also, check out @goodthingsutah on Thursday morning at 9 am to see me probably cook something with cheese (I don’t know what I’m making yet as per #6).

Have you tried cauliflower rice yet? It’s so easy! ..In a food processor pulse cauliflower florets until roughly the size of rice. In a medium skillet brown with some olive oil (2-3 minutes, don’t over cook or it will be mushy) toss in your favorites! I added dried cherries, pine nuts and mint. Great Summer side ☀️
